Employee Spotlight: Sam Latif Enjoys Solving Your Service Issues

“Every day at HV TECHNOLOGIES is my best day,” says Sam Latif, of his 10 years as a HVT employee. With his over 30 years of experience as a field engineer, there is no problem too big for Sam to tackle.
At HVT he works in the service department, providing support to customers with their high voltage (HV) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing equipment. He said that he enjoys all aspects of customer interaction and the challenges that come with solving their specific problems, knowing that his assistance allows HVT clients to serve their own customers. To be able to offer customers the most accurate guidance, Sam is always learning and implementing new customer-focused procedures.
He said that everyone at HVT is willing to go the extra mile to help as well.
When Sam isn’t working, he takes a break from technology, heading out to enjoy gardening and yard work.
