Innco Systems turntables are designed to be installed for surface mounting, free space environments or integrated as part of a raised ground plane floor system. We have designs for both inside EMC chambers or as part of an Open Area Test Site (OATS). The turntable top cover plates are available in plastic, sealed multi-layer wood or stainless steel.
The turntable connection panel can be mounted in the center or at an agreed upon position. Standard power supplies, connectors and customer specific supplies such as cable management systems (energy chains) can be provided.
High performance electric continuity in ground plane floors during rotation is achieved using a proven copper connection system.
All our solutions provide optimized EMC performance using specially designed shielded drive units which are well below the required 20dB below the limit line of CISPR 12 and CISPR 22.
We have the expertise to remove and replace old turntables with new turntables.

Compact Turntable – CT & CTE Series
The CT and CTE are compact and inexpensive turntables for test objects up to 100 kg (220 lbs). These turntables can be automatically controlled by CO3000 controller or directly by PC via USB port.

Turntable – DS Series
The DS series of turntables are specifically designed as free-standing or flush-mounted turntables in EMC chambers or Open Area Test Sites (OATS). The base plate is available in stainless steel, waterproof, laminated, or lacquered wood.
An opening in the center of the turntable provides the capability to insert a power supply for testing. Customized connection panels can be equipped with numerous power and data connections. Removable braces can be installed if necessary.

Turntable – DT Series
The DT series of turntables are specifically designed for larger DUTs and higher load installations either at intermediate levels in electromagnetic absorption chambers or in open areas. The base plate is available in stainless steel.

Turntable – DDT Series
The DDT series dual turntable is designed for flush mounting into a raised floor, with stainless steel carrier plates on galvanized steel structure, stainless steel environment and highly efficient contacting with copper beryllium hollow core tube.
Both rotating sections are concentric and can be driven independently without mechanical locking/unlocking. The drives are shown and driven as separate units from the CO3000 controller.
